Good afternoon and best wishes for a Happy New Year. I am writing to inform you that today I received a parcel with the goods I ordered at the end of November 2020. The package was completely intact and the packaging of individual products was perfect! The quality of the collars I ordered exceeded all my expectations (I should have ordered a smaller size for both, but this one will work too!) The reversible leash is great (I will order another one soon)! Concerning the leash-extension - I expected that the loop could be put on the hand, but no! Sorry! Nevertheless, it is very likely that soon I will place another order with you (although the delivery times are rather long ... but we already know that there is nothing to be done about it!)
